Agent Teammate is primarily designed for businesses and real estate professionals (e.g., agents, teams, brokerages) and their authorized users (collectively, “Customers”).

1.2 When We Act as a Service Provider (Processor)

In many cases, we process personal information on behalf of our Customers, as instructed by them (for example, information about leads, contacts, clients, and communications managed within the Service). In these situations, the Customer acts as the controller, and we act as a service provider/processor.

If you are a lead, client, or end user interacting with a Customer using Agent Teammate and have questions about how your information is used, you should contact that real estate professional or brokerage directly.

1.3 When We Act as the Controller

We act as the controller for personal information processed for our own business purposes, including account administration, billing, security, product improvement, and marketing.
